fantastic experience!
helpful staff anniversary treats stocked breakfast
tamang checked me in and out and was awesome. he helped with my husband's crutches and even arranged anniversary treats (what a surprise!). breakfast included many choices (especially the pastries!) that were frequently restocked. my room was really quiet, so we slept really well.

excellent stay near tower bridge
celebratory drink convenient location
the hotel surprised me with a celebratory drink upon arrival. It was a kind gesture. the location proved convenient for accessing nearby attractions. The staff were also attentive to my needs.
The room i initially received faced some issues, the air conditioning did not work. additionally, the phone was faulty. The limited natural light.

mixed feelings
inconsistent room cleaning inappropriate service
the location was acceptable, because it allowed us reach many places.
i found the room cleaning inconsistent, especially when i return to the hotel around 6 p.m. i consider this unacceptable considering the price i paid. the service was not aligned with my expectations.

free weights front desk service room upgrade
the gym includes free weights and a pull up bar. the front desk service felt quick. breakfast presented excellent choice and good value, i thought. i received a room upgrade to a superior double room.
